The Pilates Club is an independently owned, curated space in Tettenhall, Wolverhampton, specialising in Mat, Barre and Infrared sessions, and the sister studio to The Reformer Club.
An elevated yet calm and welcoming space, designed for everybody, we move with purpose and precision, and are deeply rooted in the key principles of Pilates practice.
We are committed to helping you move better, feel better and live better, with our classes leaving you stronger in body and calmer in mind.
Offering 6 different class options, 7 days a week from a Signature Mat session which is Beginner friendly, to our most Advanced class; the infrared heated Sweat Club.
Our ClassesThe Mat Clubs

A comprehensive Pilates session that covers all the fundamentals of precise and refined practice, with the emphasis on correct alignment, breathwork and core connection.
With modifications to suit all levels, to develop your practice and strengthen your posture, this class will emphasize controlled movement and strong technique, working all muscle groups to help condition the body and build stability.
This class is Beginner friendly.

A weighted session offering a fusion of Dynamic Pilates and Strength Training to help build endurance and tone the body.
Whilst maintaining good form, the additional resistance enables a deep connection with your muscles, increasing your stamina to make it a supercharged session, re-defining what strong feels like.
This is an Intermediate class and not recommended for Beginners.

Our perinatal specialist classes for both Mothers-to-Be, and postpartum clients following their 6-8 week check-up.
Focused on supporting Women’s bodies throughout their entire pregnancy journey, with the emphasis on gentle movement, building core strength, improving posture and pelvic floor function, whilst enhancing the mind-body connection.
These classes will both help prepare the body for labour and delivery, as well as aid recovery and assist in regaining strength post birth.
The Barre Clubs

A low impact yet challenging uplifting session, combining ballet inspired barre technique focusing on small, controlled movements with high repetitions. This class delivers an effective entry to Barre, helping refine your form and strengthen deep stabilising muscles whilst improving your balance and posture.
This class is for Improvers and beyond.

Taking it to the next level, The Burn Barre Club is a very dynamic session where good technique and a strong fitness level is essential to manage the high-intensity workout that combines traditional dance inspired sequences with the benefits of strength training and Pilates.
Serving high energy, this empowering class maximises on a variety of weighted props to add load and resistance to sculpt and strengthen the body. Expect an elevated heart rate with a faster pace rhythm.
This advanced class is for more experienced clients, requiring a high fitness level.
The Infrared Clubs

A heated slow and reflective Pilates session which builds on our Signature Club, delivering mindful movement with the focus around deep stretching to restore balance whilst increasing flexibility and mobility with the infrared warmth.
The ultimate meditative restoration to open the mind and connect the breath to the body. Offering an effective flow that is both calming and energising with the right blend of challenge.
This class is intended for Improvers and beyond. Not suitable for pregnant clients.

The hot one; a high intensity infrared heated workout which is based on continuous movement throughout the 45-minute duration.
Our most challenging class, this powerful, high-energy session will fire up your core, promoting deeper muscle penetration, improved flexibility, faster recovery and enhanced detoxification.
An advanced class for experienced clients with no contraindications (High Blood Pressure, Pre or Postnatal Clients).
